Elisabeth Kast is passionate about impacting social change and addressing systems of inequality. Elisabeth has 13 years of experience in non-profit and mental health service delivery. She entered the non-profit sector in Bermuda as Court Advocate Administrator and then Community Educator and Counsellor for the Women’s Resource Centre. Elisabeth also served as a Counsellor at Family Centre for three years, working with both children and families.
To transition her career focus from micro to macro-level social change, she accepted the position of Compliance Officer for the Bermuda Health Council, after obtaining a Master of Public Administration degree from Rockefeller College for Public Affairs & Policy. Elisabeth also received a Master of Science in Social Work degree from Columbia University School of Social Work and is a Licensed Master Social Worker in the state of New York.
