Roger Todd is the Acting Permanent Secretary for the Ministry of Health and a public service executive for the Government of Bermuda. Prior to joining the Ministry, Roger headed the Project Management Office responsible for the Economic Recovery Plan, comprising 31 cross-Ministry initiatives focused on economic growth and jobs post-pandemic. Roger led the electrification of the public bus fleet in his former role as Director of the Department of Public Transportation.
Roger serves as Chair of the Health Insurance Committee and is a member of the Bermuda Hospitals Board. Roger graduated from Loughborough University with a master’s degree in Power Engineering and is a Chartered Engineer with the Institution of Mechanical Engineers, UK.
